    I had long discussion with shabbir about how to handle the W breakout correctly and the conclusion is if a stock is in uptrend and volume also supporting then only we can consider stoploss as just below the (resistance) breakout candle (previous candle closing point of the break out candle).

    I have tried to explain in detail by attached chart here if any one has doubts can reply here or call to ask further.

    I think I have made all the points clear but if something is left then dear Shabbir plz update.
    I think It will be very helpful for new comers as well as old members too.

    No I think there is still some confusions because you are getting confused with break out and W's.

    With Breakout you make the resistance as support and it can breakout with a formation of W

    With Higher tops, higher bottoms, you need to be using the former leg down as support.

    Time to revise chapter 8 and chapter 12 once again.
