Buying quality stocks over years

    But how much stock should be in portfolio ?
    As an individual , we have to limit to certain number or else move to MF.
    But Yaksh prashna (question) is how many and which one?

    There is no general rule as such but then you should not be adding more than 30 for sure because if you do, it is better to be in a mutual fund then. But again if you have a huge chunk of money invested, you may have more stocks as well.
