    Hello Shabbir sir ,

    Kindly answer this

If EPS is 8.98,9.87,12.12,15.78 from March 2014 to March 2017.

    PEG 0.96
    CAGR 20.65
    PE 19.84
    CMP 313

Assuming the last 3 years growth to continue in the current year also, what would be the EPS and PEG?

    Regards
    Deep A Mukherjee

Do you mean growth of EPS??

EPS can vary depending on many factors like
    1. Company increasing shares means decrease in EPS.
    2. Company has more income due to better profit margins
    3. Other income of company.

So one can only estimate and not predict.

I usually don’t look at EPS. I look at equity capital yoy and any equity dilution. If no equity dilution and sales and profits are in increasing trend, that draws my eyes for further analysis
