Ware house construction

    After gathering some information from internet it looks like warehouse construction can be a flourishing business in next few years. When i started searching for companies which can benifit i found Pennar industries can benifit as they manufacture beams, struts, channels and roofs as well. They also have storage products suc as different kind of racks.
    The company looks good on these following numbers
    ROCE 16.48, EARNINGS YEALD 25.81, PRICE TO BOOK 0.87, PE 6.55 OPM 11.27

    But promoter holding is only 36% and pledged stocks 7.5% , Debt to equity is more than 0.5

    Shabbir sir and all the other experts please share your views on pennar as longterm bet. Also if you know other companies catering this segment please share.

    Thanks. Actually Pennar engineering building systems , which is specialised in warehouse construction will be merged in Pennar induatries in next 5 to 6 months.
