Too many circuits to even consider this company.

 

Just to add to the above post. The audit company has raised flags about companies bookkeeping and accounting. So though numbers looks good but then it is not something to consider for investing.

For traders circuit never helps.

 

So then who is selling?

 

May is the word to focus on. Someone is selling be it in panic or otherwise and there is no value here for others to buy. So who is what doesn't matter but what matters is there are more sellers than buyers and so it isn't considered a value buy here. At a price it will be and it will be interesting to see at what price.

This is when management may come into picture as well. They aren't buyers either at this price.

Colgate Palmolive is one more example where LIC has up their stake in the last couple of quarter.
