    Hi Shabbir,

You have written about Tim Skyes in your book saying you follow him. I'm not quite sure if this Tim Skyes has really made fortune at Wallstreet. I saw few videos and did not find him trustworthy.

    Are you still following him?

    Thanks!

Yes I am still following him and you can be rest assured he has made lot of money from market but then following him does not mean I trade like him but I have taken his books and material and created my own strategy for Indian Market.

He is more of a short seller in US and short selling does not work in India.

I follow him not because of his tips but because of his material that he has online

Okay Shabbir, thanks! We can do short selling in futures, isn't it? I have observed you don't support FnO, any particular reason?

No the short selling of futures means you can only short sell those few stocks but Timothy Sykes method of short selling is to short those stocks that are being pumped by the management and though it happens in India but then those kind of stocks are not in futures and so cannot be shorted.

No there is nothing like I don't support FnO but it is just that I don't need to trade in FnO. Ideally I think if you don't have a portfolio in some crores, you don't need to be in FnO

Where management or big investors increase the price of the stock by cracking some news and things like those.
