    What are the sources to understand Pharma sector apart from Rating methodology of ICRA, CRISIL etc.?

    I have no trust on the rating agencies. I like to look at the business more than rating agencies.

    I think you got me wrong. I read through sectoral write-ups by ICRA and CRISIL to study basics of Pharma sector.

    Now I want to understand the sector in more detailed way.

    Oh then its ok. I like to read more of a annual reports of the company than to worry too much about the sector as a whole because Pharma as a sector has lots of nitty gritty specific to the companies. Like for example Divis lab could resolve the issue in under 6 months and even when they had issue the same plant could export some medicine to US but that isn't the case with Lupin.
