    Bought Sonata software @ 150 SL 144 with TGT of 175-175+

    Your levels are perfect but make trailing stop loss as you see price rising.

    It is not but then debt is very low for this company. You can check it here - http://www.moneycontrol.com/financials/sonatasoftware/ratiosVI/SS42#SS42 and debt equity ratio of under 1 is always acceptable and Sonata software has 0.27 only.

    Thank you for the info. I have following queries on sonato
    1. The past 10 year operating margin average is 9.35%. With latest op margin 12.15% with roce 44.34 %
    2. Is sonata a player in ISMAC space ? Who are the other players in ISMAC space ?

    I SMAC Internet of things (Internet social ,mobile,analytics cloud)
    This is future disruptive technology. I do not know which are IT companies are working in this area? Some more names in this space are persistent and Cambridge technology.but I am not sure. HCl Tech is in R&D stage. If we get annual reports of these companies we will know.

    Margins are lower historically lower in sonata whether it will give good returns or not?

    Remember it is a very small company and I have my doubts about their future as well.

    Cambridge technology looks purely IoT company http://www.ctepl.com/data-warehouse/ but everything in the stocks is priced in and is trading at 50PE. I think this can be a candidate for buy in dips and correction but then it hits just too many circuits to my liking on either side.

    I have my doubts.
