Should you not Invest in Real Estate?

    Hi @shabbir,

    Its been a long I have not been active on this forum but then I have been following your portfolio updates and I see you have a fairly big portfolio. Did you even consider investing in real estate and getting a rental income. I follow your blogs and you did mention about rental income as passive income.

    So thought of asking you why not diversify in the real estate and get decent rental income as well.

    No I am not investing in real estate because returns are too low when compared over a decade. I will do a detail video on this and share soon but what is the time when the property prices double in the area where you live.
