    hello all,

    just a basic questions, where could i find the SEC filing information of a company
    i googled but links points to US stocks. is there any good indian web portal.

    It is not termed as SEC filing but it is filling to exchanges and so you should consult the NSE/BSE website for those filling details. Apart from that Moneycontrol also displays them for companies.
