    Hello Shabbir Sir and everyone
I really want to invest in Real Estate digitally. I dont want to physically chose location and all. So trying to gain some information regarding Real Estate Investment trust(REIT) and Real Estate Mutual Funds.
Will it give good returns regarding long term horizon around 10-15 years
I heard there are companies now also which allow you to invest and you can own a part of there property. Not whole property. You can own just a portion of that property? How legal is that?

I am not too sure about the kind of returns they can generate but legally, you can always part of the property like a company holds a property and you own a part of it. Not sure exactly how they are doing it but from the top of my understanding it should be all ok.
