    Dear members

    I have query regarding stock india nippon

    Company has one of its promoter lucas india service ltd and also invested Rs 91 cr (current value) into lucas tvs Ltd, which is 20℅ of its balance sheet size,


    How you interpret this and is that Doubtful ???

    Not at all if things are disclosed correctly. I am not tracking that stock and so can't comment on it but a listed company being a promoter and holds other listed company is quite natural. HDFC Life's promoter are HDFC Ltd.

    Thats true

    But if again HDFC life invest in HDFC bank out of its profits or any entity promoted by it so that doubtful??

    How to have view on it??

    No I don't think so and it depends on case to case basis as to what is the companies shreholding pattern.

    The best is, when you are not sure or have doubt, it is better to avoid the company,
