    Ram, this is one of those good stocks that you can hold even for longer but I am not sure about the management.

    Business is all good and it all looks ok to me apart from the fact that it is too small cap and only asset of 45Cr in all.

    In the same industry I prefer Hitech Plast which is again a small cap and low floater but has a solid management behind it.
