Portfolio Game

    Hi Shabbir,

    Shall we have portfolio game in this forum. say each member will select few stocks for a weeks time. ratings will be given on the percentage of the profit yield.

    Portfolio must comprise of Equity, Future and Options as well.

    Portfolio can be max of 6 stocks and not more than that.

    Instead of gaming I think we are better making money for our self. I could never justify those experts playing on TV with virtual money instead of real money.

    What we can do is show our real trades that would make more sense. Not sure how we can validate those BTW.

    Hi shabbir,

    Reason why I mentioned about portfolio, It would give us opportunity to explore and find out the better performing sector in particular week.

    Also it helps to understand the concept stock diversification.

    Then the game is the worst possible solution because game is for those who don't want to be playing with real money and making real money out of it.

    I think we are better off playing with real money and sharing because anyone can play with virtual money but we are different. We play with our hard earned money and make more than those so called experts.

    Also I am against diversification when it comes to trading and you should be diversifying your investment when your timeline is more than 5 years and not otherwise.

    I think ur right by the way I always tried to mention my trades before execution and after booking profit.
