I have bought a few shares of NBCC at around 140 . Want to add more shares of NBCC to the portfolio for long term. What are your suggestions friends?

Definitely good to keep the entry and you can keep holding it but it isn't worth adding more when the stock is trading at 11+ times its book value

NBCC is one of the biggest govt PMC apart from RITES with huge order book mostly related to central govt infrastructure project. I know this as I was involved in a few projects with them and keep tracking it for future projects. But you know how govt employees n policies work. Also, the way economy is going it is actually hampering funds inflow, delayed project timeline. So, don't expect short term gain but yes in a longer term beyond 10years you can expect good returns but if you are going to compare the returns of NBCC n a good private sector co after 10years you would see a remarkable difference. So, why get stuck with a company where returns are going to be subdued but this definitely doesnt mean you sell it tomorrow. Keep holding it as long as you can. This is not based on any fundamentals but my experience.
