    i feel the stock has been in a long downtrend and now moving sideways between 10 and 16 levels

    even if we were to assume that this is the bottom and beginning of an uptrend it must show itself crossing 16 with good volumes and handsomely

    well above 16+ probably then one could consider buying with SL of 12.5 ( and this condition will eventually make the W you are suggesting )

    I completely agree with Ajay Singh and I would like to add one thing which is if you are holding this stock for a long time make sure you target minimum loss scenario.
