    Hi Shabbir,

    how does Kellton Tech looks ? everything looks promising on this counter fundamentally( to my little knowledge though ;)).. but still beaten down... into AI and IoT services...

    Can it be added for long term?

    When I invest in companies under 1kCr market cap, I prefer to look at the management rather than the financials. They look quite good but I will prefer to look at the annual reports and watch few interviews of the management from the past.

    I too checked them to the best of my knowledge, things looked OK.. please help me to check them once you have time Shabbir ji.. Recently there was a stock split.

    I was going through their last 2 quarters investor transcript where management clarified few things about their future plans to reduce debt and their stand on it, about recent acquisitions , new hire expenses and so on. I am not sure what all information we could get apart from financials!!. please guide me

    I went through their annual reports at BSEIndia. The best is to go through some of the old annual reports and look at what they predicted and if they delivered or not.

    I didn't consider them because I prefer unique business and this is yet another Indian IT company which offers services to the same sectors as major Indian IT players. BFSI and other such services.
