Thanks for asking this as a topic and so not only I can share with you my view about the stock but others can read those views as well as comment on.

I think it is a very good infra stock to own but then at the CMP, it all fairly priced and does not provide much value like its trading at 4 times book as well as at 35PE.
A market cap of only 2k Cr which is kind of odd to me.

current market price is a good buy. I know zero about technicals charts and stuff. I am a long term investor on fundamentals. So technically I cannot share views may be shabbir can help if it's a good buy technically

PNC has a strong order book, growing sales visibility, zero debt, strong management, rightly sized in terms of market cap. The stock is consolidating right now; buy right now and sit tight!

Another good stock in my view is KNR construction, but it has run up a lot in last few months, it's in my radar if I see a 10-15% correction

Completely agree with your fundamental view on PNC. Technically it is at good levels and also 110 should be very good level.

Shabbir, I am seeking to understand - why did you say Indian promo shareholding? Why did you use the term Indian? Is that because there are foreign promoters holding in KNR? If so how do I identify that?

Check the link that I have shared. It should help you identify what I am saying. By Indian I meant at times some companies foreign promoters buy the stake.

Still the company looks awesome and promoters has more than 50% stake and that is good as well.
