    Guys,

Anyone has experience with rights issue??

What will happen to idea share now?

Is there a way out for not increasing the exposure in share ?? If we do nothing, I think we will end up in loss post rights issue.. how to handle this situation??

If you aren't applying for the rights issue, make sure you sell off before 29thMarch or else price of the share will fall to less than 20 Rs.

If you are applying, you will get the next set of shares and your price fall will be compensated for the new shares.

A business with so much competition is better avoided as of now. Once things stabilize and I am sure it will soon, one can consider.

I will say a bold but correct decision. Invest in secular growth stories with unique business rather than trying to find value in over competing environment.
