    Hi

I have been doing research on stocks by looking into the financial status, balance sheets and profit loss ratios of many companies to invest for more than 3 years. I am not able to come to the conclusion on the price of the stock to enter. I am really unsure whether the CMP is the high or low of the stock.

I need the advice on when to enter a stock for investing in a company for a longer term?

    Thank You

The ideal time should be when company is able to turn things around like may be loss to profit or may be put some setup and turn profitable into that area or is able to reduce the interest part considerable to boost in the profit and earnings.

The other ideal time could be when company is able to scale it up. I prefer more of the scale up options.
