    Home loan or rent?
    This topic i was reading today on the blog and thought that if i can make the excel sheet to decide the same.
    Here you can adjust the parameters like EMI and monthly Rent to see that your future saving value @8% is meeting your current home loan value.
    EMI calculations are taken from www.dhfl.com as per the suggestion

    Please comment or advise if any point is missed.
