    Hi All,
    This is Abhijit Waghmode from Pune.
    I am a software professional with a passion for stock markets, personal finance, mutual funds, insurance etc.

    My journey to financial markets started in June 2006 by watching other colleagues in office :eek:. Initially I started with tax saver mutual funds & then got myself a demat account. I started with investing in stocks based on tips & hardly spent time on analysis. In the 2008 bear markets, I suffered losses, got stuck in some stocks (hold some till date :mad:).
    But slowly I started to learn more about the financial markets & now I even trade in Nifty derivatives. I learnt that taking losses is a part of the game.

    I thank Shabbir for bringing people together through this forum.
    Lets become informed investors & keep the learning going.
