HDFC Prudence Monthly Dividend

I was doing some mutual fund investment research and found that

HDFC Prudence Fund declared a 9th monthly dividend of 2016 @ Rs 0.30 /unit. Record date was 26.09.16 and NAV as of today (1st October 2016) is Rs 29.96

With an investment of 10 lakh, can get 33377.83 units and it means monthly income of 10013.35 in dividend.
