    Today I bought the stock L&T based on the news.

    Purchased price : 1020

    Please let me know your views for short term only.

    as per me 950 to 1000 range is strong support zone as per charts..if breaks 950, exit. I assume it will not break 1000.

    I guess this is the news regarding L&T that came in today.

    Larsen & Toubro Ltd has informed BSE regarding a Press Release dated January 06, 2014 titled "L&T Construction Wins Orders Valued Rs. 2962 Crs". L&T Construction has won new worth Rs 2962 crore across various business segment.

    By the by, L&T has strong support at 980-1000 :)
    You've entered @1020 which is a fair level. Hold it with stop@950 if you're into L&T for very short term.

    I think LT is good buy around 900 previous resistance may act as support

    Charts will tell you about news and it should not be other way round. I don't even open those entertainment channels.

    As of now no I would not get into this stock and this news could be to make the fall in the stock to take some support.

    Its in a downtrend.. Better to come out of this very soon.. 980 is the first support.. If this breaks, then the stock can slide to levels of 950.. :-(
