I track Gabriel India and fundamentally also company is awesome and you are spot on to identify the breakout.

Also I prefer using TradingView for charts because they offer images to be downloaded and so you may not need to take screenshots.

    Hi jayashreeI999,

Thanks for the heads up. Interesting stuff.
More analysis on Gabriel from my side.. Resistance at 116, 125 and 138. assuming it will carry out same current trend. It should reach Rs 125 by mid Sept and Rs. 138 by mid October. (using Fib extension/Date range)

Shabbir/Jasyashree, Do you think it is feasible?

@rajesh_gaikwad , I don't prefer to be predicting things based on maths and I prefer the target to be 1.5x my stop.

So if I enter stock at around 100 with stop of 95, my loss is 5Rs and so my target should be atleast 7.5 which gives me better ROI.

When it comes to investing, I am always looking to add more as stock declines but shows better business prospects in the coming month,

@rajesh_gaikwad, this is awesome analysis and will be really interesting to see how it pans out. I have been interacting with @shabbir from quite sometime and I know he likes Gabriel and Pricol but not sure why he never invested in them.

Panama Petro has given a breakout with very high volumes.
Today's volume is 38 times the 30 day's average volume.
It has given breakout as per two methods .
    1. Descending channel breakout
    2. Fibonacci fan breakout ( from 61.8% trendline)
Deliverables are 75% . So it doesn't look like a weak counter for the next few days.
Depth of the channel is approximately 20 points. So from the breakout point of 70 , a target of 90 can be expected.

@shabbir, Yes, you are right. Math should not be used as a yardstick.

I was bit curious to understand if some one invest in this stock, then when should he/she be expecting a good return if things go with current trend.

Timing the market is difficult, but few tools like this might help to understand if something is not going your way.

But yes, math is not a guarantee card, but one can use math for piece of mind and confidence boost. IMO

Timing the market is the easiest things to be doing and I have been telling my readers on the top of my lungs that TV people who predict things wrongly use that as an excuse.

Time and again I have proved it even on my portfolio and numerous occasions on my trades as well.

Depends on what stocks you are investing, whats your time horizon for the investment and what you are looking for as ROI.

If you consider bad stocks, no time is good for investment like take an example of Punj Lloyd or Suzlon or Unitech.
