Bajaj Corp, has given a breakout and though we missed it, I think it is one of those stock that should be in your list of stocks.

    Enjoy

Hey Guys I am just looking the fundamentals of bajaj corp and find out these data

    In share holding pattern
We can find promoters have good % of shares
    Fii are increasing % QoQ

All the things are looking impressive along with technical charts with high top high bottom.
Only concern which I found is Eps and book value other then that every thing is looking good for long term.

Share ur views and also point out which is the most important thing in fundamentals of any company?

According to me it is always the sales turn over that should be ever increasing no matter what.

So can we think to hold for long term cause sales turnover is increasing every year along with Net profit because as a Income Tax employee I can see the growth of company by Net income only.

Yes we can hold this stock but then Net Income may not always increase because of some political scenarios, taxation and other such expense which companies may need to bear but then golden rule is if sales is increasing then company need to focus on making decision to cut on the expense to increase the profit margins and that is very easily doable.

Again if you are investing fundamentally then you should be taking decision of 3 years at least because that is when you see the compounding growth in EPS and then market reaction.
