Glad you liked it and make sure you share with your friends on social media. Coming back to your list of stock, I don't like any of IT companies that you have and can you share me why you have them. All India frontline IT companies are an avoid for me because every company is yet another financial services provider and don't have anything unique about their services like Infosys.

Titan - If you look at this company from a watch company point of view, I think it is better to come out of them because smart watch saga is on and I see this company may miss out. I could be wrong but I see it that way.

Right decision with NHPC and Godrej Properties.

IDBI - Again a PSU is an avoid for me.

    Rest looks al good.

Yes. Go to the website of any of the IT companies in India and look at the Industry menu and top item will be Banking and financial services as one of the key sector in each of them which makes it really competitive space for me to be in and it takes away from them the pricing power of their products and services in those areas.

You certainly made me think! Now wonder which are the niche IT plays? Tata elxsi, axiscades, 8k miles, Sankhya infotech??

There is no need to be finding an niche IT player or atleast when you find one, it has its own issues of debt or operational efficiency or I don't like business model. Example is IZMO
