Yes you can but then remember at what price you are buying. One has to consider the value in the price and every purchase may not offer it.

Just to add I know little bit of charting like heikenashi and indicator like MACD,RSI,super trend but verrry little. My theoretical understanding regarding identifying good stock is as below :-

    1. PE > 15 overvalued
    2. PEG (PE/EPS)< 1 undervalued
    3. Stock with high PE but low PEG = good
    4. Stock with low PE but high PEG = bad
    5.Divident yield <3% undervalued

If above theory is correct question is how can I do that easily?

That is too general statements. In the sector I prefer investing, I don't find a single stock at less than 20 PE. Everything depends on the growth aspect.

So you will not find a single stock for investing in FMCG where there is more secular growth stories. It all depends on the expected future growth and the price being paid now.
    True.
    To an extent.
Yes because growth is at risk.
Never considered dividend as an outlook for valuations. If that is the case most undervalued stock as of now will be Hero Moto.

The way I like to invest in is, how bad is the current situation and if the management has the capability to get things moving again or not.

Thanks for the response but question is still open. How can I investigate current situation or capability of management? How can I measure those ? Providing an example would be appreciable.
