    The process we will use will similar to 2017 for a large-cap fund where we choose the 5-star rated large-cap fund by ValueResearchOnline and based on the underlying benchmark choose the best large-cap funds that are more likely to perform well in 2018.

    Is it advisable to do a SIP or okay to a monthly investment manually (disciplined) on select mutual funds? One of my friends is doing monthly investment from a bouquet of funds (at the end of each month)using direct option. Is there any difference in entry/exit loads by doing so instead of SIP. Consider not exiting any investment.

    Nope. People feel like they are doing something but I prefer to be more on auto mode than manual mode.
