Whats Your Profession?

Hello everyone. I'm Mohanakrishnan. I am not working. I was an AMFI certified Mutual Fund agent and Life Insurance agent for 10 years from 2002 till 2012. Before that I was a franchisee for Integrated Enterprises ( selling investment products).
My investment track record is mixed. I have fared better with mutual funds than direct equity. I am better at technical analysis and bad at fundamental analysis. My picks with technical analysis (no intraday) have helped me keep my head above water generally, but mostly I drown when I try to pick a stock on fundamentals.
Since I am weak at fundamental analysis I rely on broker reports and then look at the charts. I have not invested in direct equity for almost six months now. But I keep hunting for information to improve my investment methods and that's how I came across Shabbir. Looking forward to learn and improve. Thank you.

I would like to thanks Mr.Shabbair , for providing such nice and smooth platform with so much technical and productive members.

I am also a IT professional , 7 years of experience , I have started trading few years back , but I remember the moment when in news it was flashing "SENSEX crossed 10000".
At the same moment I have asked my father , what is sensex? , but I coulnot get satisfactory answer.
But when I , have started my carrier , my learning curiosity increases , so finally I have landed a platform where I can increase my Trading knowledge.

helo everyone. Me a Banker by profesion. recently 20 days before i started trading through Zerodha and that to straightaway for F&O. Like I can say, even without knowing proper functionalities of how futures function, i started investing straightaway. right then I came across a post of Mr. Shabbir that Zerodha platform may have some issues better to close Zerodha demat Account. Though till date I use that platform but meanwhile I started following Mr. Shabbir to learn DIY approach. Lets see how it will help me. Hoping the Best .
