If you read the first post, that explains and I have quoted them in this post for you.

May be the Banking License news had already played out and this could be an opportunity. I feel that one can go long with a small position now and add in aggressively if it comes down to 90 levels. So, I would be interested to know if there are other reasons to keep away.

    Thanks

Not sure if I agree with you. It has 2 red candles from 125 to 115 almost and so I would like to wait and watch and nothing more.

I never like to add small position and then average down to be honest.

    Thanks Shabbir. Nice explanation.
But this method has always yielded great results for me(80% cases). I tend to study price movements once I wet my hands rather than watching from the fence. Hence I adopt this method, if I feel that one stock is fundamentally good and no good reason for it to just keep sliding. But, if the stock is overvalued or fundamental parameters are not good in some way, I will avoid. That's the reason why I keep asking if there are other reasons to stay out and I am curious to know such reasons even though I don't plan to invest right away.

    Regards,
    Naveen

If things work thats the best thing that can happen but then I don't think I try too much in reading into stock. If stock goes down, I assume market is smarter than me and there is a reason for the stock to go down. Yes I know there can be aberrations on either side but still market is more intelligent to punish the stock.

    So I prefer waiting.

I agree with Shabbir that Market is smarter. That's the reason why I usually prefer to confirm Volume with price action before entering a position.
