    Why this stock Torrent Power making new highs even though it was announced
    negative results.

    Please let me know the reason, if any one knows.

    It may be because -

    Torrent Power had filed petition seeking hike in fuel prices in Gujarat.
    Tariff revision for Torrent Power has either been approved by GERC (Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission) or its going to be approved.

    The company will benefit from tariff revision.
