    HUL has formed a bottom around 435 which was also a strong support. Following a positive run up for some days and a close above 480 may create a buying opportunity here with a SL of 435

    Hi All,

    I'm bringing this thread back after sometime.
    What do you think of Hind Unilever as this point of time?
    Can one initiate shorts on HUL ? What are you seeing on the charts, technically?

    My View:
    HUL has gone up too much and seems over-bought, also results were not great. I have initiated shorts in HUL at around 670. What should I do now? Hold it for the time-being? I'm little confused with the way HUL is behaving.

    My view is buy with SL of 580 because things are not good for this stock but price speaks everything. It is not always what has happened that reflects in price but what can happen.

    Hi All,

    As I had told earlier above, I had initiated shorts in HUL.
    Booked profit today....
    Also, 640 PE zoomed from 18 to 27.

    HUL has held the 580 & 600 grounds very well and has consolidated for over 2 months now.. It seems to be making a big "W"... The second leg is in the making though.. Can we take long positions in this anticipating a "W"?... Please share your thoughts..

    I witnessed a massive spike in HUL today from 600 levels to 641 levels, it spiked up suddenly and shot up to 641-643 in about 10mins. Immediately after that, it lost ground and came back to 614.

    HUL has consolidated well in the region of 590-600.
    I think this wild move is due to upcoming results of HUL on Oct 26. Please share your thoughts also on whether one can enter HUL at current levels with tgt of 640+ and sl of 590 ?

    In my point of view it is safe to buy above 675 bcos the "W" is incomplete.

    Yes but make sure your stop loss is strict at 590 or 580.
