All these while I was using "www.google.com/finance" to get online charts with 2min intervals.. But from past 3 days, the google finance charts are not working properly during the trade hours (i.e. between 9 and 4)... Its not able to show the 2min/5min/30min interval candles while the trades are in progress...

I even tried "www.yahoo.com/finance" but somehow thats not quite convincing to me as the refresh rate is too slow..

Could anyone please let me know if there are other websites available for me to get the online charts which has refresh intervals of 2mins/5mins...

Your brokers charts are best source for 2 or 5 mins for one more reason that you don't want to be having too many application switching to be done when trading.

Re-echoing what Shabbir was saying -

Your brokers platform's charts' advantage is that "it is 100% real-time", which would be having no lags. If you are religiously trading & referring to charts while doing so, then I think that it very much essential to get the most real-time charts.

One such example of a brokers platform is Sharekhan's Trade Tiger. Places like Yahoo would have some lags (whatever it may be, but there would be some).
