    Dcm is making higher top higher bottom from jan12, it break out @ 145 on 24-7-12 and today it break out its last 1 and half years high 165.
    I think it is good buy @ cmp with stop loss of 140.
    I have bought @ 164.5.
    share ur views.

    Can you share the stock's complete name?

    DCM Shriram Consolidated price is only 50 odd Rs.

    It is around 165.50 made a high og 165.80 and i bought at 164.50

    Never regret the misses and also don't buy more if you are not fine getting hit the stop loss. Miss is a miss is a miss and don't run to get more.

    should I revise the stop loss regularly on this type of stock or stick with fixed stop loss and tgt.

    Have u seen Dcm it is rocking, i have bought @ 164.50 on 1-8-12 and today it is @ 184 more than 10 % in 13 days.
    My target is very near @ 190.

    What happened to this stock now? I bought it @175 and now had to book a loss @165. The stock was in major uptrend but looks like it was an operator manipulated stock. The stock has fallen to nearly 20% in 2 days without any explanation. Any thoughts anyone?

    Monil, it is important to buy at the right time and at the right price. I did mention not to go after the stock and this is the lesson you learn when you get after the stock instead of stock comes to you.

    I agree, I bought it seeing a huge uptrend since 1 year and never thought this would happen in 2 days. Are there any methods to anticipate such moves?
