    HDIL is forming a ascending triangle , breakout expected above 122 , target 140. Please advise.

    Hi Shabbir,

    HDIL negative trainguler breakout with good volume. Can I short this stock for 105 , and if 105 support is broken then 2nd target will be 91.. Please comment

    Always the pattern because once such level is cracked many large sellers stop loss is hit and so the trend would result in panic.

    Hi Shabbir
    we should learn and analyse this stock closely for our study and understanding.
    This stock fall like a ball. Though Kiran pointed out a negative triangle but the stock was in uptrend for long. The negative triangle was not that evident or strong that we take a firm decision on it. if it was I would request you to kindly illustrate it in detail.
    Also If you all agree with me then we need to understand why this sudden fall with no big indicators.
    This excercise can be done as learning and we can be better equipped. ( Though I made money from the fall but looking back my decision I have sound logic to trade that.)

    If you try to learn from such falls it would be more based on something like Satyam. 120 to 70 does mean you have to get yourself lucky to get your stop executed on time.

    Only thing I suggest in these moves is forget about averaging.

    So you agree that there was no clear indicator of the fall in pattern???

    Thanks for the reply shabbier. I am also noticing that the forum activity is going down... Is that the member are not intereested to share there views or else??

    No there was no pattern for fall and so either this could be some really bad news or some management or big players play.

    Nothing like that and from time to time people become engaged in lot of other things and so they tend to visit less often but I do not agree that forum activity has decreased single bit.

    Jan was month of all time high forum activity and Feb already looks to beat that number by big margin.
