    Hello Mr.Shabbir,
    I just want to know your views on scalping.Can you please suggest the holding time and stoploss methods as I want to trade with huge quantity.

    It is a method of arbitrage and so it is independent on time but mainly on price and normally it is traded within few seconds to a minute.

    is it a good way of intrady trading? Generally with how much quantity and how many trades in a day?

    No it is not a good intraday trading strategy for retail investors because you are trying to make profit with very very low margins and with brokerage cost, it becomes too tight for us.

    It does not talk about scalping but then with brokerage part, we would be spotting those opportunities late price wise.

    Trading Intraday is quite risky. earlier I was also doing it, we may win two trades but because of greed we might trade in large quantity in third trade and loose everything profited in earlier two trades. This is the biggest problem in Intraday.

    After reading Shabbir's e book and spending some time in forum, had become swing trader or short term trader.
