    Breakout, however 2 years resistance is 220.

    Should we wait for closing 220 or enter now at CMP, good volume recorded.

    Its a good pick but What concerns me is Retailers Percentage is very low.

    Be carefull as FII and DIIs palying major role in the stock.

    Hi Shabbir

    RSI for this stock is 82.6% so as per defination of RSI it will in overbought condition and likely to correct in near term is it OK.

    On a deeper thought I decided to add them (RSI and MACD) to the ebook and so as of now I am just getting the hints out here and will try to get them included in the ebook. Also I have few more additions coming out along with RSI and MACD as well. As of now explaining the RSI here in short.

    RSI

    Relative Strength Index (RSI) is an oscillator which measures the change in price movements and oscillates between zero and 100. According to it's developer, RSI is considered overbought when above 70 and oversold when below 30.

    See the charts of SBI where I applied RSI. We see red and green indicators suggesting oversold and overbought scenarios.
