ETFs will pay dividend in India ?

    Dear Shabbir,
    In India We have different exchange traded funds(ETFs) , when we buy these Nifty Bees or bank bees will we receive dividends ? is there any ETF which will pay dividends ? as i know growth mutual funds will reinvest the dividend and dividend mutual funds pay out dividends to investors .. please correct me and please help with any ETF will pay dividend to investors in India.

    Now they will. CPSE ETF will start paying dividends. Not sure about other ETF.

    However, the dividend yield is so high that you should invest with caution. If the company pays out so much and doesn't keep anything to re-invest back in the business, there are chances that there is no growth.
