eClerx : Fundamental for long term in portfolio.

    Why eClerx share price is falling from last 10 days.

    More importantly, i want to know the fundamental of this company and survival for next 5 years at least.

    Any expert please throw some light in this.

    The price fall only means there are more sellers than buyers but I am sure you want to know why there are more seller than buyers for eClerx. Again I don't see there is very steep correction for last 10 days and only on Friday there is a fall of 3%. Such moves in stock market is quite normal.

    Also shabbir, what is your view on fundamental of this company. I also don't know whether you track this stock or not.

    No I don't track it but looking at purely numbers, they have good sales growth and profit margins but it may so happen that sales at around 1100+Cr may take some breather and so it may show some signs of volatility.

    I have an article scheduled on my blog tomorrow and you will get an email on Monday morning that says what all points one should consider when evaluating businesses.

    eClerx dropped due to poor sales growth in last few quarters. It’s among the top KPO companies in India. I prefer Hinduja Global I see more value in it. Having said that if u like eClerx go for it depending on the price bottoming on the chart. I generally like to check fundamentals first and then time my investment entry when the 200 SMA is parallel to the price line..which means price is now stable and no further drops expected
