As per screener they have a Debt to equity: 9.34 and it is better avoided at all levels.

Also they have results from Dec 2013 and 2 years of loss but has managed to get into profitable territory and so may be considered technically but not fundamentally.

So what patterns are you looking in this stock.

What Debt to equity ratio should be considered healthy. And how to calculate Debt to equity Ratio of a particular share.

VBL cmp 365 major support @ 350 levels. This level is important and it should not break. IF breaken it will go down steeply.
You may hold upto 350 or may sell the stock immediately to preserve your capital.
For considering AVG the stock must at least put some efforts to cross price of 420-430. Then you may consider Averaging.
Never ever Average a falling stock. Its like catching a falling knife>> It hurts .
(These are my personal views and based upon my experience in tech analysis. )

Anything under 1 is good but I prefer it to be lower than 0.75 in most occasion for investment.

It is not that kind of stock that I will keep holding in my portfolio for the reasons I already mentioned.

That would be a wise decision.
