How to make money !!!

So I am going to discuss some basic points that should be followed by every stock trader or investor in the stock market. So, how you going to make trades whether in day trading or delivery based trading.

I don’t prefer day trading in stocks because of high volatility of the markets rather I go for swing trading in which I hold a stock for period of time and sell at suitable profits.


So some important points which are follow by me in swing trading are:


1.) I always select a stocks from volume shockers.

2.) Then I look for moving average of 50 day whether the stock crosses it or not.

3.) Then I same thing I confirm in ADX, MACD and RSI.

4.) With the combination of these tools and techniques my accuracy rate is above 82 %.



So, most of the time I can get big profits through this techniques, another important thing is that how to cut or minimizes your losses in market rather for looking after profitable trades because if you cut your losses then ultimately you will be making profits from market.



Time is also important in the market to gain more you have to build your capital large in very short span of time I feel 1 year holding is maximum and tax-free for your profits.

For example

If you invested 500000 in a stocks and in the end of the year you making only 15000 Rs profit so I know you are profitable but it is useless investing and your time is wasted.



For example I have invested

50000 Rs in Time Techno stock at the price 49.80 around July 16 I sold it sept 16 with in 3months price jump to 100 Rs cross so my overall profit is around 49000 so you can see here with in very limited time period I make my capital double.



So there are lots of things during swing trades or investing try to make your capital expand in less time.

yes i agree but they are simple and powerful indicator if somebody know how to use them properly and i always do shortterm trade only buy side.
And i also use this techinque in my trades and i posted some of them in my blog as performance check most of them work with more then 80 % of accuracy..

 

Can't understand ADX, MACD and RSI.

 

Can you share how you use RSI, MACD ...

It will be really helpful to learn those from you

 

PLease clarify the below filter.

first select it from volume shocker
then see price cross 50 SMA
IF I SELECT A STOCK FROM VOLUME SHOCKER
FIRST WHICH TIME FRAME I HAVE TO SEE 50 SMA CROSS OVER
THIS IS APPLICABLE INTRA DAY AND SWING

I followed your steps and applied the rules like SMA, EMA, RSI, MACD and ADX. But I dont know how to match the price values with any fixed values.
