Short term target looks achievable on the back of bounce but don't be an investor in a stock you are trading. Try investing based on fundamentals only.

    HI Shabbir,

i do know that EROS media is a fundamentally strong company too, content library business, debt is nil,Return of capital invested is high

Last time during skagen deal eros dipped to 430 so i know that this is a good entry point and i exited at 630

so is it bad to enter a fundamentally good company for a short term views,i do agree from your wordings tat set u r priority/goals clear

No it is not at all a bad ploy to apply fundamentally and buy in dips around support and then wait for the target which can be reached in short term or in long term. If you know what you are doing then it is perfectly ok.

Only issue is if you trade technically and then instead of executing a stop, you switch to be an investor is what I tell people to avoid.

    hello shabbir,

Yes this is a right one, long before i was invested in amteek groups, exited with booking loss ,40% down is my max capacity

after i exited i focussed on getting/salvaging losses,i made decisions to get into escorts, vakrangees, eros etc

In three months i break even and i saw my previous holdings if i had kept would be worth a penny.

amtek @220 would now be @30
    ahmednagar @250 would be @45

lesson learnt is do not love a stock,in good times people don't see real values get carried away by sentiments.

in bad times these boats will sink you,so stay clear of glitters focus on quality, quality and quality only

thanks for reaffirming me that i am doing something correct, thanks for all the guidance

Almost perfect but allowing 40% loss is a good ploy fundamentally but not technically and so try to be buying in dips and based on the underlying business fundamentally or buy on charts that you are comfortable technically.
